How to Send Your Equipment for Check, Repair, or Service
To ensure a smooth and efficient service, please follow the steps below when sending your equipment to Paraworx.
1. Get in touch
Before shipping anything, please contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
We’ll schedule a suitable drop-off or shipping date and answer any questions you may have.
This helps prevent long waiting times and ensures your slot is reserved.
2. Download & complete the service form
Please download our PDF service form and fill it out completely and clearly. Make sure that all personal details are written legibly and that we can identify which service you require — for example, a full glider inspection, a rescue repack, or a specific repair.
Include the fully completed form inside your package so we can correctly assign your equipment and carry out the requested service without unnecessary delays.
3. Prepare & send your equipment
Pack your paraglider or rescue system carefully and add cut protection to prevent damage during transport.
Send the package to our service address or bring it personally at the agreed time.
4. Inspection & processing
Once your equipment arrives, we’ll perform the requested service and contact you if anything needs clarification.
5. Payment & return
You will receive an invoice once the work is complete.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, or in cash if you pick up your equipment in person.
After payment, we will ship your equipment back or have it ready for collection.
