Harness Repairs

For harness repair inquiries, please contact us. We will evaluate the damage to determine if a repair is possible and propose the optimal solution to meet your needs.

Harness Check & K-Test

During the harness check, we inspect your complete paragliding harness for overall condition, functionality, and any relevant safety notices.
Additionally, we perform the K-Test – the compatibility check between your harness and reserve parachute.

What is inspected?

Harness Check

Inspection of all stitching, straps, buckles, and protectors
Visual check for wear, UV damage, and material fatigue
Verification of all closure systems
Inspection of the reserve attachment points
Functional test of all safety components

K-Test (Compatibility Inspection)

Verification of the correct positioning of the reserve inside the harness
Measurement of the deployment force of the reserve handle
Full deployment (throw) test
Inspection of container size, pins, and handle pocket
Check of the bridle/V-line routing and compatibility

Rescue Repack

Your reserve is your last safety system, and when you need it, it must deploy fast, clean, and reliably. Regular repacking keeps the fabric ventilated, prevents line memory, and ensures that nothing inside the container slows deployment.
We repack all common reserve types – round, square/cross, and steerable systems – following the correct manufacturer-approved folding method. If you’re unsure about your recommended repack interval, we’ll check it for you, but in most cases it should be done at least once per year or immediately after the reserve has been wet, damp, or exposed to extreme heat.
